Luckily I had decided to move platforms and two month later moved to my current supplier (who btw get a lot of ex SD customers coming to them). Don't know why I didn't kick SD into touch years ago.Skadate cost me 9 months of hell and I lost a great deal of time and money, not to mention hair!Although lately their hosting server has been down many times, and many time the server runs very slow, or your see an message he server is out of resources.They suggested I get a real hosting package, so I did. I'm so sad and angry and do not have the know how to fix it..They have a forum where other customers can talk about their businesses and offer advice.SD don't do that, they used to but closed it down, I wonder why?!The site has been stable for a period of time and Skadate has been generally responsive to issue submissions.We will continue to monitor and provide feedback in a couple months.
The support is currently per month and while that seems quite a lot, the support I have received in this last ticket has been 'outstanding' and well worth it!If support continues as it has in the past few months, we may update the number of stars originally provided.There is a number of items still to address, however, as stated their response has greatly improved since issuing the original review. Great sales process, addon seemed great, and there is lots of them.As soon as the migration went ahead it was a clusterf**k.My site was down for 3 weeks (only meant to be 5 days at most! Then the site just wouldn't load quickly and would time out so members couldn't access the site.
